NOLAN FREDERICK was born in London, and grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, before moving to America to undergo his professional training at The Actors Studio, New York and with the Martha Graham and Alvin Ailey Schools

Nolans West End credits include: 'Cats', 'Miss Saigon', 'Starlight Express, 'Rent', 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' (for the RSC), Paul in 'Kiss Me Kate', 'The Lion King', 'Showboat' at the Royal Albert Hall,  'Porgy and Bess' at the Savoy Theatre directed by Trevor Nunn, and 'Gone With The Wind' at the New London Theatre also directed by Trevor Nunn.

For the National Theatre, Oslo, his credits include: 'The Merry Widow', 'La Cage Aux Folles', 'Anything Goes', 'Pal Joey', 'Hair', 'West Side Story' and 'Jazz’ll 'Dazzle', a musical written for him, performed in Norway and Sweden.

Other credits include: Rhythm Boy 1 in 'My One and Only', Mr Peterson in 'How To Suceed In Business Without Really Trying' and Rastakovksy in 'The Government Inspector' at the Chichester Festival Theatre, No Moe in 'Five Guys Named Moe' at The Civic Theatre, Chelmsford, 'Robinson Crusoe' at The Richmond Theatre and King’s Theatre, Edinburgh and the Pavillion Theatre, Bournemouth; 'Just One World' at The Jeanetta Cochrane Theatre directed by Gillian Gregory, 'Puss In Boots' at the Oxford Playhouse, 'The Mass Carribe' in Greenwich and the part of Vernon in 'King Cotton' written by Jimmy Mcgovern in Manchester and Liverpool.

He also did the workshops for 'Desperately Seeking Susan', 'Come Dancing', and 'We Will Rock You'.

Nolan also participated in the gala concert tribute to Sir Cameron Mackintosh 'Hey, Mr Producer' at The Lyceum Theatre and Stiles and Drewes 'Peter Pan' at the Royal Festival Hall directed by Julia Mackenzie.

Nolan has just finished the run of 'La Cage Aux Folles' playing Chantal/us Jacob at the Menier Chocolate Factory and The Playhouse Theatre London.
